When short, uncomplicated planning and commissioning is important for standard applications or compact process firing systems (for example support firing systems with waste incineration plants), your first choice is the EUROTHERM series of pressure atomizers. With an integrated fan, optimized air flow and integrated fuel fittings, these burners are a true "plug-and-play" solution. They can be adapted to a wide range of furnaces with outstanding results and also ensure clean and efficient combustion.

EUROTHERM burners are available for standard fuels (light oil and natural gas) and cover the load range from 1 to 5 MW. The layout is optimized for efficient and problem-free firing and the sophisticated design ensures easy servicing. EUROTHERM burners are available as oil burners, gas burners and in a dual fuel version even in the low load range and optionally with mechanical or electronic compound regulation.

There are different ways to guarantee a permanent low emission level. The TEMINOX GLS pressure atomizer series offers what is probably the most effective way. Burners of this series are available either as monoblock or duoblock burners and have been optimized in every detail to ensure low-pollution combustion. It does not matter which version is used and whether gas or light oil will be used for combustion. A TEMINOX GLS ensures the lowest emission values for different heat generators and at every firing rate.

The key to the design is the sophisticated mixing system. It ensures that the fuel you use is always combusted with low NOx values and low air excess. That saves fuel and helps the environment. All parts can be reached in just a few simple steps, even for large sizes. This makes maintenance and servicing especially fast and easy.

When it comes to safely and efficiently converting heavy oil into heat, the first choice is rotary cup atomizer burners. Monoblock burners such as the SKVJ-M are especially suitable for this purpose in the low and medium capacity range. This series features robust rotary cup atomizer technology with a perfectly coordinated fan, an electronically controlled preheater and a precise oil pressure controller, all combined in the casing. The fuel pressure and temperature upstream from the burner can also be low in this case, which reduces operating costs considerably.

The uncomplicated design of the combustion system make it not only highly available, but also very economical due to minimum maintenance and downtimes. And of course the burner combusts the fuel that is used leaving no residue while also complying with low emission limits. The integrated air flow allows for adaptation to different furnaces.
