The LVP series of 2-port pneumatic valve is ideal for aggressive fluids. It was designed for deionized water and corrosive chemicals like hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid.
This valve is useful for several industries, especially the clean in place (CIP) systems, metal finishing and electroplating, PCB manufacturing and water treatment.
R&D has made the body using vinyl chloride(CPVC) and a PTFE diaphragm. This can reduce the low pressure water hammer to 50% less than ordinary fluid valves. It can easily adjust the flow rate. It is also able to pipe from all four directions, and adopt a rigid vinyl chloride tube room through a PVC unstable union. All this lets them handle a wide range of toxic, reactive or corrosive fluids.
