Micro Valve MV 10 is specifically designed for small actuators and provides boost in productivity and energy efficiency of Pick&Place
small parts applications. The very small size, with a maximum
interfering contour of only 9 mm, enables direct integration in
grippers or other pneumatic actuators.The MV 10 provides compressed
air consumption that is reduced to the volume of the piston chamber in
the actuator. This feature allows saving of up to 90% on the compressed
air while the improved response behavior reduces cycle time.
With an outer diameter of 9 mm and a nominal diameter of 1 mm,
the micro valve can provide substantially higher flow rate than any other
solution available on the market as it can reach the flow of up to 30 Nl/min.
