The patented Jet Edge Dual Pressure Valve can be mounted remotely and permits waterjet operators to help manage the water pressure separately from the water jet intensifier pump. This allows operators to run a number of waterjet tables or cutting stations in different pressures.
When it comes to low-pressure piercing use, the Double Pressure Valve adds its productivity by letting the water jet operators minimize and raise water pressure without waiting for the waterjet intensifier pump to either decrease to the lower pressure or increase to the higher pressure.
The Jet Edge Dual Pressure Valve will work with whatever manufacturer's waterjet pump, waterjet cutting system, cutting head. It is fully configurable for pressure change ratios. Connection points are standard 60,000 psi-type. The Dual Pressure Valve is pneumatically operated and must be used in conjunction with another normally closed on/off valve or cutting head.

Linear flow controls from Elster Kromschroder are made to control burner functions, and can manage the linear ratio between the input signal and flow rate. This uses a control ratio of 25:1 and works for gas and air links. This uses 1 and 2 sizes and can manage DN levels from 10 to 40 and a Moduline system to connect to items.
The LFCs can support up to 500 mbars of pressure and uses a main voltage of 24, 110/120 or 220/240 V AC. LFCs may be controlled through a two or three-point signal, and may use continuous signals as well. Some models may work with methane or with a potentiometer.
