HYDAC 2/2-way ball valves designed in compliance with DIN-ISO 1219 are used for pressure shut-off flow function in both directions. The unit comes in two models of block-type and sleeve-type. The block-type model features 04 mm to 25 mm of nominal diameter and the sleeve-type model comes in stainless steel version with 32 mm up to 50 mm of nominal diameter.
HYDAC 2/2-way ball valve's surface contains phosphate-plated or yellow zinc-plated protection. The valve works on glandless sealing principle with a floating ball, sealing on both sides, with full flow passage inside ensuring an unrestricted flow of the medium. This eliminates the need of manual readjustments of seals. The customizable valve comes in various models on request to suit almost every application such as for aggressive or gaseous media. The unit can also be supplied with test certificates for material tests to EN-10204 and quality test certificates to DIN 55350 Part 18.

The 3/2-way HYDAC switch ball valves are in accordance with DIN 2429, parts which are employed to redirect a pressure flow. The 3/2-way HYDAC switch ball valve is obtainable in ostensible diameters from 4 to 32 mm, just similar to the 2/2-way ball regulator. The stainless steel edition appears in sleeve-model at all times owing to materials contemplations. Benefits include trouble-free operation, switching restriction through stop disc and stop pins, dense, space-economy plan, surface safety due to yellow zinc-coated or phosphate-coated, closing standard with floating ball, closing on the vent side. On demand we can provide other variants to cover approximately all functions, such as for gaseous or hostile media. If necessary, class test documentations to DIN 55350 Part 18 can be provided.
