The Bornemann HC/VHC Series of twin-screw pump is created through a two-piece framework construction with individually produced screws and shafts. This increases the interchange capacity of the pump while minimizing its probable maintenance cost.

The range's integration with a shaft which are completely designed out of stainless steel (a compliant of DIN rating 1.4542, ANSI 630 S.S), enables it to have chemical resistance . The screws, on the other hand, can be provided through an array of materials encompassing nodular iron, cast iron, stainless steel grades and bronze materials. When its comes to its pump housing, the Bornemann offers different materials to choose from to meet its application needs.

The SLI series of twin-screw pump is ideal for applications with fluid that comes in any viscosity level, lubrication properties and contents. The entire line can be altered in accordance to its user's temperature, speed, pressure specifications.

The twin-screw pump accommodates the flow of the processed liquid in an axial direction. It is capable of dispensing a minimal shear and low pulsation to different sensitive products to work on. Through a speed rate ranging from 200 rpm up to 3.000 rpm, the SLI series can be utilized in dealing with corrosive and lumpy liquids.

The LMP is made of flake-graphite cast iron/steel, while the screw housing is covered and the spindles have heavy duty steel treatment. It also comes with positive displacement pumps, a unified pressure restriction valve and the pressure connection is above the reserve plate. The flexible immersion depth because of the intake tube and the basic motors also comes with a frequency converter. It has a seal for deployment inside and outside the basin and it has axial counterbalancing thrust.
