The BLK 4-T is a hygienic rotary lobe pump that is commonly used in transporting food products. It is capable of generating a pressure capacity if up to 7 bar. This pump can monitor the process through its pumping chamber window. It has detachable connectors that enables the user to choose the most efficient configuration utilizing parts that are needed. The attachment brackets can be altered so as to position the orifices in a horizontal or vertical manner.

The Rotary Piston Lobe Type Pumps produced by PMPO have internal gears with lobe-type gear-teeth. These are discreetly operated units that feature an active and manageable flow.

The PMPO has two model of pumps. The pressure pumps, with a displacement from 0.3 to 2 cc, have a designed pressure of until 120 bar. They also have a standard rotation speed of until 3000 rpm, including a small size or external diameter of 6 cm. The flow-rate pumps, on the other hand, with a displacement from 2.7 to 8 cc, have a pressure of until 20 bar. These have a standard rotation speed of 7000 rpm, including a small size or external diameter of 6 cm.

The given models can be modified by inverting its rotation direction. Moreover, these pumps are self-lubricating and have a long service life.

The pump is designed with 2 additional intakes (1 for each direction of rotation) internally located in the pump's body. The pump is typically used to feed a cylinder with inner rod. During the operation of the cylinder, the pump initially takes volume into other chamber. It then takes the content of the tank to compensate the volume difference due to rod. The module features 4 mm inlet and outlet diameter and 15 mm center to center.

The two holes of 4.1 mm diameter are placed at 48 mm (a version with 4 holes is also available) distance to ix the pump to the distributor and/or engine. The pump features 59 mm external diameter and comes in variable height according to flow capacity from 29 to 33 mm. It also features 7 mm diameter shaft with 2.5 mm drive and 20 x 4 mm hub lid diameter.

Chambers are formed in conjunction with the pump casing, with the synchronization of two rotors, rotating against each other. The suction end is for filling the chambers with the conveyed material; the discharge end is where the conveyed material reaches, moving with the direction of the flow. They offer speed-related capacity and reversible flow, where media flow can be reversed in any way, by changing the rotation direction.

The rubber-coating on the rotating lobes makes it possible to pump a variety of solids.
