EMM Series, introduced recently, are ideally suited for handling abrasive, high and low density slurries of metallurgical, mining, coal, power and other industries.
The advantage of EMM series is that the frame plates of this series have replaceable wear resistant metal liners. Added to that the impellers are made of metal that is resistant to wear and tear.
Bearing assembly in these slurry pumps are in cylindrical structure thus the space between the impeller and liner offers ample scope for removing the parts while servicing . High quality grease is used for lubrication of bearing assembly . For longer life, safety and better performance we use packing, expeller and mechanical seals only.
