Bulk's double ferrule compression fittings are ideal for applications that need a reliable tube connection with pressure tight sealing. The layout of the fittings complemented each other as they are made up of almost the same components for the purpose of thermal compatibility and to withstand corrosion. It is ideal that the tubing and fitting should be constructed of the same material to accommodate positive sealing and to prevent galvanic corrosion.
The fittings are calibrated for working pressure higher than the tubing. The 1/16" O.D. tubing with 10 to 32 threading mechanism is constructed in small compression layout with plastic and metal composition. This tube is designed with 1/4'' hex body. An optimal pressure force of 3,000 psig is generated with its stainless steel version. For the rigid plastic construction, the pressure ceiling rate is based on its bursting point. FA and FB codes are used as replacement for the ferrule units, while SB for the screw fittings. A TPSS-16 gear is employed as the pre-sewage instrument. Its improved range of compression accessories enables task execution at heightened pressure and thermal status while maintaining smaller envelope. The double ferrule and O-ring seal secure leak-proof tubing operations.

The Beswick MCM series is an array of cross ring couplings constructed in a brass, 303 or 316 stainless-steel framework. These fittings can be adjusted from 10-32 external thread, to three 10-32 internal threads. Furthermore, it integrates Chemraz, Buna-N, AFLAS, Viton, Silicone, Teflon, EPDM mechanical seals and can accommodate screws for M3S-1001-303 or M3S-1001-316 stud ends.

It offers a quarter twist connection and disconnection. Meanwhile, for a fast disconnect assembly, QBE must be paired with a QBI half. It is made up of 303 stainless with a 3000 psig pressure rating.
