Samoa's Double arm hose reels have a pressure of 20 bar is ideal for medium pressure lubricants, low pressure water, air, and high pressure grease. The reels provide robustness within their construction with two pedestal arm layout and a special fatigue resistance steel spring. They also feature a brass forged shaft which is suited with a broader span of liquids guaranteeing that they are free from corrosion and leak proof application.
The length of the hoses is 10 m and the outlet thread is R 3/8" M while the inlet thread is R 1/2" M. Meanwhile, there are no maintenance needed in the hose reels.

The attractive design and corrosion resistant aluminum-shielded and full port nickel-protected steel shaft make it ideal for wider fluid compatibility.
For high pressure water the reels have stainless steel shafts and swivels with spools that are mounted on two permanent lubricated sealed ball bearings, accounting for the smooth operation and durability and reducing torque. These units have a large effective radial latching area that provides easier operation. The special fatigue resistant steel spring for long-lasting performance and position-able mounting brackets provide optimum operation in any position like the wall, ceiling, floor or other suitable positions.

Its construction is made in compact and desolately housed reel layout, enhanced with extended hose function. The 1/2'' pipe fitting has additional 10, 15 and 18 m capacity. 505's architecture comprises a versatile reel gear for treating an array of liquid, a shaft unit, and a swivel piece. It exhibits high corrosion-tolerant ability through the aluminum element integration. This material component allows lightweight and compact system setup. The shaft attachment is made in full port nickel-infused steel composition, for increased compatibility to a range of industrial applications.
