The recently introduced cooling manifold molders provide optimization for cooling time and reduce cycle times by as much as 15%. This means higher production as the molders are now able to group and install cooling connections plus hoses. Long cooling zones can now be avoided. With shorter cooling zones there is a reduced chance of malfunction. The new cooling manifold answers all of DME's quality standards. Inlets and outlets can now be connected separately. Hose lengths can be reduced allowing the molder to use lower pressures. The cooling manifold is able to be installed vertically or horizontally.
