In this design, one or more mass flow or pressure sensor modules are mounted on a compact, light rail system in association with control valves, shut-off valves, mixing chambers, filters or any other customizable functional module.

The MANI-FLOW Series is the economical solution to customer's request for a compact device with various functions which was developed since 1996. On a compact manifold, multiple mass flow or pressure sensor modules can be joined in the control valves that can be two or three-way valves, shut-off valves with additional functional modules depending on the customer. The customer can freely customize the specification with any preference as aluminum or stainless steel manifold and female threads for gas connections as specification. Request can include assembly, testing and packaging. It is recommended to contact our nearest distributor to fit your request.
