The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™, a centrifugal equipment, is an enhanced version of the conventional liquid solid separators. This multi-functional centrifugal separator has the capacity to operate with soft and stringy over-sized objects. The centrifugal mechanism of the impeller equips the machine with the capacity to produce an increased separation capacity on delicate meshes down to 20 microns. It is compatible with the capacity of 60-inch vibratory screens. It is also suitable for operations that require a high filtration ability.

The Wheelabrator, the world leader in surface preparation technology, offers a state-of-the-art waste water procedures -- the complete range of airblast, wheelblast and mass finishing solutions. Waste water comes from various processes as well as from vibratory mass finishing. Before water reaches the drain, it has to be cleansed thoroughly in order to not have an expensive water disposal. Through the Centrifugal Technology, solid matters are isolated from the processing water by gravitational acceleration and are separated as solid sludge. The filtered water can then be fed back into the finishing process. The aforementioned technology can be used to remove solid matters from the following processing liquids: processing water from mass finishing applications, cooling and lubrication fluids for mechanical metal finishing, processing waters for wet blast processes, lapping processing waters and rinsing baths.
