Grit classifiers CLS LC separate and wash sand from wastewater of various nature: municipal and industrial of different types.
It consist of a large conical hopper for sand setting, sedimentation and washing, and a tubular screw for conveying and dehydration the collected material.
The conical shape of the hopper, the special counter-washing system and the low rotational internal stirrer allow the machinery to wash the sands and separate the organic matter.
The machine is completely enclosed by sealing and cover in order to avoid the odours and contamining matter outcoming.

Filter with sand / water - INECO™

This machine is capable of separating sand down a granula size of 0.1-mm. It’s supplied as a cylindrical or rectangular hopper system with a shaftless screw for smooth sand separation at a capacity of 1.5 m3/h. With the use of a low speed stirrer, sand washing is possible. Sand classifiers for flow rates to a maximum 36 l/sec are available. AISI 304 or 316-L is used in the manufacturing of the machine. It has a robust design and is easy to maintain. A rectangular or circular conical tank is available. Due to a long retention time, the system is capable of of providing a superior settling process.

The principle of process water recycle in the Tecam's resin plants are based are same as that of the demineralization plants. The rinsed water of the final washing tanks from the working lines are continuously recycled by demineralization system for constant removal of pollutants that are derived from the dragging defined from the job cycle. This enables to obtain production washing with different component levels and provides compatibility with the production cycle.

The configuration of the system includes filtration on carbon during necessity for removal of organic substances. The passage on strong cationic resin and weak anionic resin removes cations and strong anions. During necessity, passage on strong anionic resin removes weak anions. All the systems are equipped with appropriate automatism and visualizations for regeneration of the plant. The system are available in various combinations and operates at up to 120 mc/h based on specific plan demands.
