The mechanical vapor compression system (MCV) evaporator is a vacuum system that is designed to recycle waste into clean water, which can be used again for the requirements of the factory with no discharges. It features steam from the effluent that can be regained to provide in thermal energy the system. It also offers pressurized flow, which is a patented advantage to guarantee a superior effluent speed streamed through the exchanger, cleaning the tubes and restricting the accumulation.

This unit operates constantly with a wide range of capacity process and is able to treat degreasing and detergent, soluble cutting oils and oils, water bleeding, surface treatment and rejuvenation of plating baths. Some of its advantages include minimized cost of treatment and minimal energy and water consumption.
