Vibration damping plate - 12000 psi

Fabreeka crane rail pad is manufactured in two types to accommodate either light or moderate to heavy crane service duty. Both types of crane rail pad have been designed to provide a significant reduction in beam and rail stress while improving wheel load distribution to reduce rail maintenance. The unique LTP surface allows the rail to contract and expand, improving the lateral rigidity and wear resistance of the pad under high service loads.

Vibration damping plate - MIL-C-882

Fabreeka pad is the original fabric reinforced, elastomeric pad developed in 1936. The Fabreeka pad conforms to the specifications for MIL-C-882 cotton duck, fabric reinforced pad. The properties of the Fabreeka pad are exceptionally suited for vibration isolation and structure-borne noise reduction.

Fabreeka pad has been used for over 70 years for mounting machinery and equipment where absorption of impact shock and isolation of transmitted vibration is desired. Fabreeka pad is also used to provide structural damping and to break the vibration transmission path. Fabreeka pad is scientifically constructed to give years of service under the most severe operating conditions.

Vibration damping plate - max. 300 psi

Fabcel vibration isolation pad is manufactured using the same nitrile compound developed in 1962. The properties of the Fabcel pad are designed to provide low frequency vibration isolation and reduction of impact shock.

Fabcel nitrile pad has been used for over 40 years for mounting machinery and sensitive equipment where absorption of impact shock or isolation of transmitted vibration is desired. Fabcel pads may be bonded together ("layered") to achieve the desired isolation efficiency for any application.

Polyester vibration damping fiber plate

Bilz Insulation Plates are constructed with highly-developed materials which protect against vibration and structure-borne noise and can be used in many industrial applications. Manufactured from a carefully-controlled bond of nitrile rubber, cork particles, and polyester fiber net, this material possesses all the physical and mechanical characteristics required by the modern state of the art in technology. A major advantage of this newly-developed product is its resistance to modern cooling lubricants allowing it to be used for the mounting of machines in oil sumps. Particularly noteworthy are the product's excellent compression set values. These are significant when the objective is to ensure not just vibration isolation when mounting modern machine tools, but also to maintain geometric precision for a number of years into the future. Eight different plate types provide the technically and economically optimal solution for any vibration problem. These insulation products were designed with the specific kinematic requirements of lathe, milling and grinding machinery in mind.
