DC surge arrester / type 1 - DEHNsecure M
DEHNsecure modular is a co-ordinated single -pole lighting current arrestor used for DC applications. The device has a base part and plug-in protection module. Integrated with spark-gap technology to make it adaptable with DC circuits. The discharge capacity is up to 25 kA. The device has a direct co-ordination integrated with DEHNguard surge protective devices, however without extra cable length. There is a low voltage protection level. The device has warning signs for showing the operating state, for example, fault indication is shown as green while there is red indicator flag in the inspection window. The system allows for easy replacement of protection modules, thanks to the module locking system and its module release button.
