Plan achromatic objective lens - LMPLN-IR/LCPLN-IR
The long working distance plan LMPLN-IR and LCPLN-IR P achromat lenses are designed for superior transmission in near infrared at 700-1300nm wavelengths. The correction collars on the the LCPLN-IR lenses can be adjusted to varying thicknesses of glass substrates or silicon.These objective lenses are limited to near-infrared microscopy for the inspection of internal structures in silicon wafers.
