These laser diode objective lenses are designed for processes such as focusing and collimating laser diodes and fiber coupling. There are various high numerical aperture lens options and focal lengths available, as laser diodes have large beam divergences. The aperture and focal lengths help to accommodate specific collimated bam diameters. Aspheric and multi-element lenses are both available.

All of the lenses have been corrected for standard cover glass. These objectives and features are packaged in a protective microscope objective housing that includes standard RMS thread. Also offered are optical designs that are precision made and well corrected for infinite conjugate, along with the benefit of an impressive working distance, which is more than five times as long as standard microscope objectives. The increased working distance allows for these lenses to be useful in areas where there are mechanical constraints.
