Grounding choke - ACT-1166
Fire alarm systems as well as range of alarm troubleshooting solutions for intruders are offered by ACT Meters International Ltd. Their products are designed to handle false alarms and system malfunctions as an effect of EMI, RFI and nearby lightning. To prevent unwanted circumstances and increase protection and stability it is recommended to incorporate their products into the alarm systems. The ACT 116 Earth Line Choke unit helps protecting the steel boxed control panels against RFI signals, helps in preventing RFI signals from feeding back from mains Earth and onto the 0V because this affects the 12VDC supply to the control panel, communicator and alarm detectors and lastly, helps in connecting in line with mains Earth inside the control panel.
