Release amplifier / switch-mode - 8 V, 8 mA

This product is specifically designed to provide power in hazardous area's proximity sensors, handles reception of proportional current, changes input to digital output signals and then transfer switching signals to a controlling device like DCs/PLCs. The switch isolator contains three basic segments; transistor switch amplifier, output stage and power supply. What divides the input, output and power supply circuits is the galvanic isolation. The input stage is created in commensurate to DIN EN60947(NAMUR) making the residual voltage in normal operation of about 8VDC while short circuit current is about 8mA. Switch points are generally within 1.2-2.1 mA range. A number of Pepperl+Fuchs isolate give optional breakage in lead and monitoring short circuits in hazardous area presented with three outputs.
