This is a standard sensor that is made used for the compression fitting. The device come with temperature assemble that comes without or with thermowell that can be attached along with compression fitting. This is a device that can be made used for almost every purpose and due to that it is having insertion depth only before the installation process. The device is welded and has mutipart thermowells associated with it. No necktube is foreseen for the necktube connection. Insertion is the process connection that is made used in this device. Temperature can range between -200 to 600 degree celsius as per the load . There are different heads available with it.

The thermocouple assembly from Conax has many terminal head formats that work for all application purposes. It can be directly mounted with a sheath on the terminal head with a W8 fitting or a soft seal gland and works in many sizes with many sealants to make it functional.

Thermocouple assemblies can be supplied with numerous types of terminal head styles in order to meet the requirements of applications. Conax Technologies has 'soft seal' packing glands on their adjustable mount fittings which enable the immersion depth of the sheath to be adjusted easily in the field. They also provide vacuum or pressure sealing against liquids or gases.

The gland models - which are shipped untorqued - are available in different sizes with varying sealant materials. These options ensure proper function in a variety of environments. The Conax Pressure & Vacuum Sealing Assemblies catalog or website (www.conaxtechnologies.com) provides additional information on sealing options, sealant temperature and pressure ratings.

This spring-loaded assembly on the sensor is made to work with a sensor tip contact setup so that the unit is ready and easy to manage. The assembly works to manage application processes as well as terminal heads with ease and can work with a spring-loaded setup on a T11 aluminum terminal head.

This unit is designed to look good and manage the sensor probe without harming the terminal head of the vessel.

A practically unbreakable connection between the leadwire and the probe lead is achieved with this exclusive Conax Technologies design. As standard, the T3 epoxy-filled transition is provided with silicone-impregnated fiberglass insulation thermocouple wire. For sheath diameters of 0.125" to 0.375" AWG 20 wire is provided. For sheath diameters of 0.040" and 0.062" AWG 24 wire is provided.

A stainless steel overbraid is provided by T4 termination for the maximum flexibility and abrasion resistance. Mechanical strength is ensured as the overbraid is embedded in the epoxy. Standard extension leads are 2 ft in length and longer leads may be specially ordered.

The plug and jack body is polarized and made with a molded glass-filled compound. Made of thermocoupled alloy materials and polarity marks molded in the bodies, installation becomes easier. The unit has male and female assemblies and is ISA coded. The adapter may also secure the probe with a wire clamp and the unit can withstand up 300 degrees Fahrenheit or 150 degrees Celsius.

The high temperature option can manage conditions at 800 Fahrenheit or 427 Celsius. This can also be sold with many plugs, jacks and tube adapters.
