The OsiSense Xu line consists of dedicated forks, general purpose L- or U-shaped forks, and frames. The L- or U-shaped forks are among the most comprehensive ranges, as they come with many choices for depth, passageway, etc, as well as in terms of emissions as laser, infrared or red. As for the dedicated forks, they are ideal for label detection and use ultrasonic or optical technology in accordance with the application.
Designed to detect static and dynamic passage of objects, the frames are offered in sizes ranging from 30 x 30mm to 200 x 250mm and are able to detect 2-10mm sized objects. Cabling accessories are available as connectors as well as pre-wired connectors.

OsiSense XU Forks & frames include general purpose U or L shape fork which is available in several ranges and choices in term of passage way and depth, and in term of emission, as infrared, red or laser. The forks uses optical or ultrasonic technology as per application for dedicated label detection from opaque to transparencies labels with included transparency support. The frames come in various sizes from 30x30 mm up to 200x250 mm to detect dynamic and static passage of objects and as small as 2 to 10 mm size objects. The device comes with cabling accessories that include connectors and pre-wired connectors.

The EMX LabelX series label sensors represent a combination of small spot size and fast response for high-speed label detection. They can successfully detect different adhesive labels, with different web backings by differentiating between the gap and the label. The fast response offers accurate spatial resolution of label edges. The Teach Key offers speed and easy handling. Two standard models are available. The LBX-50 is mostly used for standard and low contrast labels, and can operate in a Teach-Standard and Teach-Thin mode, whereas the Standard mode feature switching point set with one press of the Teach Key, while the Thin mode requires two presses for low contrast labels. The LBX-100 model has much higher sensitivity for almost clear labels. It also features two modes, with an additional Teach-In mode, that offers recording of separate measuring results on the gap and on the label, offering optimal detection for difficult labels.
