Due to its general purpose measuring quality and exceptional calibration and measuring precision, it has found users in other industries, needing a low cost alternative for the much more expensive laser vibrometer.

The AccuFiz 6MP laser interferometer provides the highest available resolution for measuring steep slopes, aspheric surfaces and small diameter optics. Its 2400 x 2400 pixel sensor doubles the measurable spatial frequency range and quadruples the sampling capability of standard Fizeau interferometers. The added resolution makes it possible to measure surface shape earlier in the manufacturing process and to capture polishing marks despite high fringe counts. Measure spherical/aspherical optics and molds with unprecedented accuracy. Use the AccuFiz 6MP's high pixel density and optional High Power Alignment Laser for accurate measurement of smaller optics.

The PhaseCam 6000 incorporates a high-speed optical phase sensor that makes wavefront measurements in as little as 30 microseconds--over 5000 times faster than a phase shifting interferometer. Such short acquisition time means the PhaseCam can be used in the noisiest environments, without vibration isolation or turbulence control. Applications include measurement of large, focal optical systems such as concave telescope mirrors and lens systems, as well as deformable mirrors and adaptive optics.

Numerous accessories and options are available including a 5-axis mount (shown above), low-reflectivity diverging lenses, beam expanders and wavelength options.
