LABO water chillers are specially designed to provide a complete, reliable cooling solution to the process prevailing in laboratories like, samples, lasers, microscopes. The chillers' frigorific parts are in compliance to European control. The wide pump range (from 0.5 to 6bars) expands its usefulness to most of customers' application. The specially designed chillers with stainless steel internal construction ensures low noise operation offering the advantage to operate on-site while conveying all types of water (demineralized, deionized, etc.).
The water chillers feature hermetic compressor, electronic thermostat for temperature control, air condenser and automatic expansion valve. They also contain special reinforced plate exchanger (high resistance to freeze (LABO 12 to 45), integrated circulation pump, stainless steel or PVC circulation pipes, drain valve, water level indicator, front panel with ON/OFF switch, soundproofing special materials and cover painted in RAL 7032. The chillers are tested in factory and ready to use.

Beltron GmbH LED UV dryer BE 20 is designed of 200 mm width teflon belt (ptfe-coated) or stainless steel belt with uv lamps, with special aluminum reflectorsmit or (upon request) with selective folters for temperature reduction. The entire lamp unit can be raised 70 to 120 mm, the rolls enable to move dryer and electronic control, inlet and outlet for different materials can be adjusted between 20 and 50 mm, steppless belt speed can be controlled in the range of 1,5-15 m/min (other ranges upon request). The unit includes exhaust/cooling fan.

Machines may be equipped with one or two lamps. They are frequently used for small size production and laboratory operations. Teflon belt, which is ptfe coated is free of maintenance and has an adjustable belt drive of 0.512m/minute. Belt width is 220mm and selective filters for reduction in temperature or special aluminium reflectors in addition to the one/two UV lamps. By using rollers and stands, entire lamp unit may be raised.
Different material height inlet and outlet may be adjusted in range 20mm to 100mm. Working height in accordance to SEMA is adjustable between 900mm-950mm including cooling/exhaust fan. Various values like operating hours, UV set value, etc, are displayed and compact control is initiated.
