Bending beam load cell / stainless steel - 0.1 - 10 kN | ZB series
Magtrol presents ZB series load cells. They have been developed for use in industrial environments in up to Class III hybrid type weighing systems, which require mandatory calibration. The cells are made fully of stainless steel, making them a perfect choice for weighing applications in the food sector. The sensing element has a twin-bend design with metal foil strain gauges. The load cell is used for measurement of tensile or pressure forces.A hermetically sealed chamber is formed by a metal folding bellow, which is welded on this unit. When this chamber is filled with dry nitrogen, it ensures consistently stable measuring attributes regardless of environmental conditions. Additionally, there is another hermetically sealed chamber, which includes parts for compensation and adjustment. These parts are necessary for the exact setting of assured technical specifications. Assembly devices are supplied as a separate order. These comprise of a built-in overload protection, which enables safe and problem-free integration of the load cell into this weighing system.
