The Z6 bending beam load cell by HBM is the primary weighing component when it comes to industrial scales. The Z6 load cell is capable of sustaining even the most rugged manufacturing environments and yet still delivering the exceptional accuracy with the accuracy class according to the OIML R60. Including the C6 accuracy class, the Z6 load cells are also available in other different types with different accuracy classes such as the Z6FD1, Z6FC3, Z6FC3MI, Z6FC4 and Z6FC6. The notable features of the Z6 include the stainless steel build of the load cells and mounting aids, compilation with the regulations of R60 up to 6000d, EMC approval, EN 45501's accordance to meet today's EMC/ESD requirements, accuracy classes of D1, C3, C4 and C6, six wire circuit, approvals from OIML, NTEP, GOS and Ex, welded on metal bellow, and the nominal loads of 5 kg / 10 kg / 20 kg / 100 kg / 200 kg / 500 kg and 1 tonne.
