Agilent 81110A and Agilent 81111A are two pulse pattern generators that can be used for applications that require a wide frequency range, as well as superior performance. In addition to this, the delay and pulse width, along with the repetition rate are more accurate in the non-PLL mode.

Another important aspect to consider before purchase is the fact that the devices are available in either the one or two output models, and instead of transistors, users have the option of selecting 800ps or 1.6ns edges.

In addition, the impedance is 50 Ohm, while the internal channel addition is not available.

Glitch-free timing parameter changes allow engineers to change the frequency without drop-outs or glitches and enable continuous operation without rebooting or resetting the device under test; and
Arbitrary bit patterns show capacitive load of the channels using simple pattern settings. Complex measurement setups are no longer necessary to test designs to their limits.
