The impedance meter KFM2005 is designed for testing of the fuel cell with the small current (5 A or less), and not only the current-voltage characteristic test, the KFM2005 can easily measure for the impedance of a fuel cell using the AC impedance method, and the Cole-Cole plot. Using the measurement data of the Cole-cole plot, it is possible to calculate the circuit constant of the approximate equivalent circuit of the fuel cell. The built-in DC load (60W) is capable to operate from 0 V, and it can perform the test for the fuel cell up to 20V and 5A.

The impedance meter KFM2030 is intended to enable the impedance characteristics of a fuel cell to be measured easily through the use of the AC impedance measurement method.
Using the application software that comes with it, the meter can obtain impedance values at different frequencies by means of AC impedance measurement and display the obtained values in a Cole-Cole plot. With a low-power DC load (60 W) built in it, KFM2030 supports fuel cell load testing at up to 20 V, at up to 30 A.

The KFM2150 system is a fuel cell impedance measurement system configured with an FC impedance meter KFM2150 and an electronic load PLZ-4W series. Combination of KFM2150 and PLZ-4WA series (0V input type) supports impedance measurement for single cell of fuel cell.
In addition to impedance measurement with AC impedance method, KFM2150 system provides IR measurement with current interrupt method.
Application software enables test for each characteristic of fuel cell such as I-V characteristics, Constant Current characteristics, Current Interrupt method and Cole-Cole plot by the AC impedance method. Moreover, each test can be performed in a specified order.

The Megger BITE3 Battery Impedance Test Equipment determines the health of lead-acid cells up to 2000 Ah by taking measurements of the most important battery parameters. The BITE3 measures cell impedance, an internal ohmic test, cell voltage, intercell connection resistance and ripple current. And, for the first time in a battery instrument, the BITE3 measures float current and the harmonic content of the ripple current. There is even a built-in spectrum analyzer to show the harmonic content of the ripple current. It has firmware that can be upgraded through the Internet and supports multiple languages.

The BITE3 is one of the easiest instruments to use. Its measurements, along with temperature, specific gravity and other battery data, can provide the best basis for evaluating the overall health of batteries from terminal plate to terminal plate and to a lesser extent, the charger (from ripple current and its harmonic content.) Megger recommends that the BITE3 be made part of a comprehensive battery maintenance program with readings taken and recorded semi-annually for flooded, lead-acid cells and quarterly for VRLA.

The BITE 2 and BITE 2P Battery Impedance Test Equipment determine the condition of lead-acid and nickel-cadmium cells up to 7000 Ah. An advanced feature set has been developed that includes Pass/Warning/Fail calculations based on a user-entered baseline value, advanced printing functions and more. The case of the BITE 2P consists of both the transmitter and a carrying case for all of the standard accessories and some of the optional accessories, in an all-in-one unit. The BITE 2 and its accessories fit into a sturdy canvas case with a shoulder strap.

The instruments work by applying a test current across the battery string while on-line, then measuring the total current (ac ripple + test current) and the voltage drop of each cell/jar. It then calculates the impedance. They also measure dc voltage and interconnection (strap) resistance to help determine the overall condition of the entire battery string's electrical path from terminal plate to terminal plate.

The BITE 2 and BITE 2P receiver stores the readings in its internal memory. These measurements, along with other maintenance data such as ambient and pilot cell temperatures and ac ripple current, assist in determining the overall condition of battery systems. Megger recommends that impedance measurements with the BITE 2 or BITE 2P be made part of a battery maintenance program with readings taken and recorded semiannually for flooded batteries and quarterly for VRLA.

This instrument provides three phase safe non-trip loop testing and 1/2I, I, and 5I RCD testing for standard, selective and DC RCDs. Suitable for domestic installers testing to UK Part P requirements.

Megger LRCD220
As the LRCD210 with the addition of 110 V loop testing and 2 wire fast testing, plus phase to phase and phase to earth measurement.

All three instruments will not trip RCDs rated at 30 mA or
greater during loop testing, even electronic RCDs.
