Baltic Scientific Instruments' On-line XRF conveyor analyzer CON-X is used to detect and calculate elements and minerals concentration on a conveyor belt. The device is equipped with an empty belt exclusion algorithm, and added remote support through Internet. This analyzer delivers high precision and stability of the results in harsh surroundings, especially in applications involving dust, low or high temperature and humidity.

The tool has a sphere from 6 to 25 cm measurement results from lump size, relative humidity and distance independence. In addition, the device provides instrument control and data results with the use of an OPC communication, 4-20 mA output and Ethernet.
