The NanoSight NS500 Instrument has user friendly qualities and reproducible platform for particular and general nanoparticle description. The NS500 enables you to analyze the presence, size, distribution, concentration and fluorescence of different types of nanoparticles from 10nm to 2000nm based on the configuration of instrument and the type of sample. The viewing chamber is used for the introduction of samples with the use of on-board fluidics capability. On-screen pump controls are available for the automatic sample treatment, such as loading, washing and intensity.
The motorized optical stage can be controlled by the computer for rapid rearrangement and refocusing followed by the cleaning and improving reproducibility. Sample temperature can be programmed through NTA Software Suite. The NS500 is perfect to use with the most nanoparticle classes down to 10nm based on the type of particles. It can be dispersed in a wide range of solves. The NanoSight LM10 Series of Particle Size Analyzer and Particle Counter, manufactured by Malvern Instruments Ltd., are specifically suitable for use within research laboratories. These devices utilizes a laser light source to illuminate nano-scale particles within a 0.3 ml sample that introduced to the viewing unit with a disposable syringe. They feature polydisperse and multimodal systems which are recognizable and quantifiable, as are agglomerates and contaminants.

Moreover, the Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) software suite is also provided to permit automatically track and size nano particles on an individual basis. The results are shown as a frequency size distribution graph and output to spreadsheet, and the video clips of photos can be captivated and documented for future reference.
