The RGA Residual Gas Analyzer series utilizes 100, 200 and 300 amu resolution systems, and are capable of achieving six orders of magnitude in one scan. The unit has a detection limit of 5 x 10-14 Torr.

High pressure gas analyzer of the QMS series offers high-quality performance, while still being a cost-effective solution. It efficiently monitors gas leakage, and performs various gas measurements needed for a functional system. It can sample gases at flow rates of a few ml/min. The inlet can operate under pressure ranging from 1 to 10 mbar. The QMS constantly gathers data, unlike the conventional gas chromatographs that analyze batches of gas samples.

Residual gas analyzer - max. 300 amu | PPR series
The PPR Process Monitoring System is best used for inline process monitoring as well as diagnostics. This unit is capable of providing two separate paths that lead to the residual gas analyzer (RGA), a high conductivity path and pressure reduction path. The first one serves to monitor the base vacuum, while the second one contains a micro-hole opening that works at pressures of 0.01, 0.1, 1 or 10 Torr, and is used for the observation of process at operating pressure. It is capable of reducing the sample pressure to the value that the RGA can handle, normally between 10 to 6 Torr. In order to accomplish this, two pumps are used the hybrid turbomolecular and a diaphragm pump.
