Electrochemical chlorine (Cl2) sensor
The Cl2 series is a line of chlorine gas sensors manufactured by Alphasense. It operates using fuel cell technology.The series comes in three models with different sizes. The A sensor has a diameter of 20mm suitable for portable gas. The B sensor, with a diameter of 32mm, offers an efficient solution for fixed site applications. The small-sized D sensor ensures long-term performance, lasting even for the next version of gas detectors.
The sensor combines strong signal levels with low zero current, allowing a resolution of 50pbb, and an operating range of 20ppm. It is designed for inclusion in fixed installation sensing heads, and handheld safety instruments.
