Oxygen sensor O2 - ZGP2

The ZGP2 probe in the Zirconia Oxygen Probe family is designed to have low maintenance costs and measureme oxygen in oxidizing furnace areas. It is available in situ measurement, with no need for a sampling system. The voltage of the probe output may be converted to a signal type that is related to the concentration of oxygen or terms such as ppm O2, kilocalories or millivolts, which are involved in oxidation.

Temperature compensation is automatic when the integral thermocouple is fitted in the probe system. Users can expect fast, almost instantaneous response to gas condition changes. When it comes to the in situ checking, a facility for testing gas is incorporated into the design.

It comes with a comprehensive range of oxygen sensors unmatched in the industry which are engineered to perform better and last longer. Our design employs two Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO2) discs with a small, hermetically sealed chamber between each of them. ZrO2 technology provides oxygen measurement without reference gas and and enhanced accuracy and durability.

Honeywell's oxygen sensors are best suited for potential applications such as boiler combustion controls and aircraft oxygen generation systems. The KGZ-10, KGZ-12, GMS-10 Series has variety of features including 3 series of flange mounted, probe housings, recommended sensor voltage levels: 45-64-85 mV and Oxygen pressure range: 2 mbar - 3 bar.

The MF010 Series has 1 series in probe housing, Output signal: 0 Vdc to 10 Vdc or 4 mA to 20 mA and Oxygen concentration range: 0.1 % to 25 % (0 % to 100 % on request) by volume.
