Unigas 3000+ is an advanced flue gas analyzer. The device can be used with up to 4 gases i.e. O2, CO, NO & NO2 or SO2 along with electrochemical sensors, plus CO2 and NOx calculated. It can provide data or up to 10 fuels for the purpose of calculating values of combustion. The instrument comes with audible alarms for gas measurements. The device can be outfitted with custom sized flue gas sampling probes with different lengths and shapes to meet various requirements. Its sampling probe is connected to the instrument with a single or dual hose, a water trap and a suspended particle filter.

Unigas 3000+ also comes with a built in impact printer. Both the devices are powered by the same internal printer. It comes with a charger. The device can also be used for measuring remote combustion air temperature. A remote Pt100 probe (option 5 in table G) can be used for this purpose.

The UniGas 2000 is a 1.1-kilo flue gas analyzer for O2, CO, and NO gases. It is equipped with electrochemical sensors, audible alarms on gases measurement, and a built-in impact printer. The model is also CO2 and NOx calculated.

For computing combustion values, data for up to 10 fuels are given by the analyzer. To meet various needs, flue gas sampling probes in varied lengths and shapes are also available.

A single or dual hose, a water trap, and a suspended particle filter connects the sampling probe to the instrument. A rechargeable Li-ION battery powers the analyzer and its printer for 6 hours of continuous use, but a charger is also supplied with the product. The UniGas 2000 includes features such as zero-calibration, self-diagnosis, and smoke measurement.

The probe for sambling is connected to the device with a hose(single or dual) through the water trap and suspended particle line filter.An optional heated industrial gas probe with an hot hose will be the most suitable for measuring high temperature of long term to avoid dilution of gases as well as dry the flue gas.For heavy application a pre-filter would be preferable. The system communication is possible with cable or bluetooth.
