CAMPISA manufactures roll-up and folding-up rapid doors since 1995, and has a market reputation for quality and absence of maintenance needs. To respond to the increasing requests of the market, and especially for Commercial Stores, a NEW domino ROLL-UP DOOR has been conceived, with ultimate features: "EVOLUTION"
The door had been designed to have maximum dimensions of 4 m of width and 4,5 m of height and its main features are the self-repairability and the absence of the safety rib.
In case of collision against the door the coat gets out from the upright frames together with its patented horizontal elastic reinforcement bars, and next "open" command shall bear the coat to return into the uprights by simple gravity. In case of violent impacts (to be avoided by the known safety systems) the human intervention may be needed.
The mass descending on possible obstacles is so insignificant that there is no need of safety rib.
The coat is class 2 polyester, thermowelded sectors 700 gr/sqm, reinforced by flexible bars with patented wind-keeping system. Available colours: BLUE similRAL 5002, YELLOW similRAL 1021, RED similRal 3002, GREEN similRAL 6026, WHITE similRal 9016, GREY similRal 7040
Quick, light and secure, but very strong: the average opening and closing speed is of 1 m/s. The special coat of new concept, included the elastic retention bars, may cause a chock of only 40 N in average against the possible obstacle, further distributed by the bottom soft edge.

The SMART DOMINO rapid roll-up door is adapt for inside divisions and for perimeter closures.
The valuable pre-coated RAL 9002 structure adapts to all available colours of the coating. A black belt on the bottom is the elegant completion ground wards.
SILENT SLIDING
The coating slides silently inside the upright frames, between two serial of brushes, that for food installations can be substituted by special (optional) rubber seals.

The Champion Door Fire CDF-E 120 has been tested and test-burned in the Technical Research Centre of Finlands (VTT) laboratories according to the EN 1634-1 fire resistance standard. The product complies with all the necessary requirements and exceeds all Class E 120 requirements. The door also complies with Class EW-20 without sprinkler moistening, from a protective distance of 2 metres. The doors EW class is 30.
