Slab formwork - Alufort

The ALUFORT aluminum system is made up of a series of props, with drophead, supporting a structure of aluminum panels reciprocally connected through toothed section beams.

All elements composing the system weigh max. 20 kg, thus they can be manually handled, for a higher speed and smoothness.

The fastening along the perimeter is obtained with wooden shims supported by ALUFORT Faresin elements, such as: fixed head, combined head and stirrup for drophead.

The wooden shims around the pillars shall be instead supported by shimming sections.

The utilization of less props (with only one prop you can build a surface of 3,375 mq);

The possibility to reuse the panels and the toothed beams after few days from the casting (it depends from the ceiling thickness and the concrete consistency);

The saving of planting and removing time;

The possibility to use both ALU UP2 props and high capacity props.

Slab formwork - Alugrix

The aluminium system for floors manufactured and marketed by Faresin. AluGrix consists of a series of aluminium panels and dented beams, with drop heads for early recovery. This system, conceived and designed for clay-cement and hollow floors, is so light and economical that it is ideal for all building enterprises.

The aluminium panels with 10x10 mesh lining reduce the risk of falls and guarantee workers the possibility of moving freely in all directions on the deck. The shape of the aluminium beams increases the load-bearing capacity of Faresin’s new AluGrix system; full R.C. floor slabs can be constructed using phenolic-coated plywood or shuttering panels.

Fully combinable with the Faresin AluFort system, it completes the Faresin range of floors systems.

Slab formwork - Aluteck

The new Aluteck System is the ideal solution for making lightened clay-cement slabs: it is therefore a particularly useful product for companies engaged in the construction of small and medium buildings for civil and residential uses.

Aluteck guarantees an excellent quality/price ratio, combined with great practicality in use: the cement is already cured just a few days after pouring, in fact, and it is possible to recover the panels early on and just leave the props and the support for the regulatory 28 days. The system envisages complete assembly from below, thereby reducing the risk of falling to a minimum.

Aluteck panels, made of aluminium and available in various formats (the largest measuring 1500 x 1,125 mm), are combinable perfectly with those of the Alufort system. The associated accessories also make it possible to make structures with downstand beams

Slab formwork - Goliath

The GOLIATH system is the floor reinforcement method with yellow beams and shores.

The system uses yellow wooden beams with 20-cm reinforced head, with different length: 590-490-390-290 cm, supported by shores through forks and head stops.

If shores are positioned on non-perfectly stable surfaces, tripods applied to the shores are used. Used with simple or double scaffolding, it can support different types of floors with slabs, prefabricated joists and with solid casting.

Wall formwork - Modulo 3000 S100 H3000

The red formwork Faresin with box-shaped frame in steel 10 cm thick ness enables to build walls and anything else with significant saving on the realization and installation costs.

The form work assembled parallell and reciprocally in vertical or longitudinal direction make up the pattern of the wall to be realized.

The formworks are reciprocally joined by the aligning clamp or pin and a perfect holding even while casting the concrete is ensured by the retrievable threaded bars and plates, up to a max. pressure of 60/80 KN/m2. The metal structure is reinforced by ribs and, thanks to the phenolic plywood in 18-mm Finnish wood, it enables to achieve perfectly smooth external face walls.

Wall formwork

The Tabla Wall Form System
The Tabla Wall Form System consists, mainly, of a modular steel frame with a plywood or plastic laminate panel facing, push-pull prop, scaffold bracket, alignment coupler, compensation waler, tie rod and lifting hook. The heart of the System is the modular panel with a smooth-surfaced cladding attached to one side of a purpose-designed steel frame. Plywood panels could be used as cladding but Tabla recommends composite plastic panels to increase the ease of stripping and vastly extend the panel’s cycling life span. Powder coated frames made of cold roll-forming steel supports the cladding.
Connection between the modula panels is accomplished through the use of the Tabla alignment coupler which greatly improves working efficiency when compared to time-consuming bolts or cumbersome U-clips. Additionally, compensation walers used at panel connection locations strengthen the integral rigidity of the wall forms. Essential advantages of the Tabla Wall Form System are: high cycling turnover, easy operation, reasonable load, convenient storage and transportation, as well as low cumulative costs. With Tabla’s standardization of
mechanized components, formwork erection has never been easier. A worker needs only a hammer to finish the job.
Simple and efficient – that’s the Tabla Wall Form System.

Prop

The Standard Tabla Shoring System is a unique system erected from the working floor up to a height of 12’/3658. With Prop Extension the system can be erected up to a height of 16’/4877. For higher floors see the Tabla Pioneer System on page 24. Tabla Shoring can accommodate drop bands, drop heads and its design allows for all interruptions.
The Tabla Prop with its integrated Drop-head ensures ease of erection and stripping, while backpropping remains undisturbed. Tabla Props are available in two sizes: 10’-0”/3280 mm and 12’-0”/3936 mm. In addition, there is a Prop Extension which, when coupled with a Tabla Prop, allows for additional height of 4’-6”/1476 mm. Our Prop features numbered adjustment holes, and an all new quick release reshore base.

The Tabla Panel features a specially designed Tabla Fastener which allows for the KD (knocked down) option for container shipping overseas. This also makes it a snap for qualified personnel to replace damaged components. The new design will work with existing Tabla components. In addition, the Tabla Panel features a powder coated, colour coded finish for quick identification between side and end rails of the panel. Simply match colours during erection.

Prop - Tabla

The Tabla Stripping Bar is a multi use tool, which can be used for the release of surface tension between the Panel Deck and the underside of the slab (see images 1 and 2). The Stripping Bar can also be used as a cheater bar on the Prop
Collar. (see image 3).

Work platform / for formwork

- Leave safety chains in place and remove Safety Toggle Pin. Release the Load Support Key using the ADT Tool and drop the Panel.

- While tied off with your Safety Lanyard, remove the lower Guard Rail.

- Free The Mounting Shoe from the slab.

- Using the Cantilever Post, rotate the Panel downward into the vertical
position.

- Remove the remaining Cantilever components and recycle them to the next floor.

Slab formwork

The Tabla Shoring System has the unique ability to be used on ramps. To the right is a typical example of ramp erection.
Please note that terminus Shear Plate must be anchored to the concrete slab before a dead or live load is placed on Tabla Panels. Additional bracing is not required under sloped areas in single Prop arrangements of Tabla, provided that Shear Anchors or Shear Braces are firmly in place, and Panels are blocked at existing walls and columns (see layout drawings). Shear load is accumulative when concrete is poured from top down. These calculations are based upon uphill pours. Consult the Tabla Engineering Department if poured downhill.
For conditions not shown in this brochure and or the Engineering Bulletin, contact the Tabla Engineering Department (TED).
