CPCI packet switching and H.110 backplanes are available with a number of slots ranging from 2 to 16. The slot alignment is left, for horizontal mounting.The type of power connector varies depending on the purpose and slot number. It can be an ATX (male) connector, a mini-fit 10 or 24-pin type, or 1 or 2 x P47. Data connections for all slot numbers feature a 64-bit compact PCI bus.
