The servo operated compact control valve, otherwise known as ICS by Danfoss has three major components, the top cover, the function module and the valve body. It can be connected to a maximum of three pilots at the same time and these pilot valves connected explain the function of the ICS valve. Available as parts programme and as a complete valve, the ICS can function in both high and low pressure, in liquid lines without the risk of expansion in the valve, and in suction lines both dry and wet as well. With the peak working pressure at 52 bars, the ICS is hence suitable for high and low pressure refrigerants, pressure regulation, temperature regulation and ON/OFF function in refrigeration systems.
