The Dura-Belt Flat Belting and Belts that move heavy loads is made up of solid elastic urethane. We offer varying thicknesses-: .031", .063", .094", .125", .313" (.8mm, 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4mm). It can be any width up to 12" (305mm), except .313" (8mm) belt, which is .401" (10.2mm) wide, and it has round edges. It can be any length above 3.5" (89mm). We offer these colors: clear .031" & .063" (.8mm & 3.2mm), black .063" (1.6mm), and orange .094" & .125" (2.4mm & 3.2mm).
Durometers: 83A, 85A, 92A, 95A. The Tracking Sleeves Crowns rollers prevents flat belts from walking. Fits under flat belt. Easily installed with our RAVE technique. Stays put. Will not move. Durometer: 92A Wide Flat Belts on Rollers Combinations of wide elastic belts can move heavier loads. Flat belts have much more surface contact area than round belts so slipping is virtually eliminated. Our flat belts do not need belt tensioners. Powered roller should be located on downstream end.
