This clamping cylinder possesses a repeatability rate of 0.005 mm and is installed with a mounting flange.

This zero point clamping system with optimized clamping in regard to preparation time for working with or without removing shavings is ideal for all areas in food, chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. The fanged version is easy to assemble as the body can be placed on the base with accuracy by using centering. Operation of the clamping module from outside is possible via the hose connection or by the underlying fitting O-ring. The locking takes place mechanically via spring force as the opening is performed hydraulically. As the locking of the module occurs in the absence of pressure, so allows subsequent uncoupling of the pressure lines at any point of time. Hydraulic opening and exhaust tires for control and support, are the two connections for the clamping module with drain and control plate.
