The ML670 high speed rotary sealing machine, offers a suitable choice to apply and seal aluminium caps using a rail. The machine is equipped with a 10 head turret which enables application of aluminium seals and flip-off on antibiotic-like vials. The stainless steel machines is made as per GMP requirements and pis re-arranged for installation of a Laminar Flow hood. The machine is driven by brushless motors and controlled by C. The blade sealing parameters set are also controlled by PC.
The vials infeed and outfeed are customizable in line to different layout configurations. A perfect synchronization between machine and capping chucks speeds ensures an excellent quality cap sealing and avoids the creation of any particles. The PC constantly sets up and controls the pressures applied on the alu seal and on the sealing blade to ensure highest possible sealing quality. the vials out of range are automatically rejected.
