Flexible adhesive / rugged
In order to meet the growing demands of industrial engineers, Permabond manufactures numerous types of flexible adhesives. Each providing flexibility and its own unique benefits, modified epoxies, polyurethanes and MS polymers have been manufactured. The combination of flexibility and low shrinkage makes them suitable for bonding thin substrates without read through, as well as for potting without exerting any stress on sensitive components.

The automotive industry adhesive - 5 - 6 min, max. 3 500 psi | Permatex® PermaPoxy™ 5
It is a structural adhesive available from Perma Oxy that can be used for general applications. It is useful in bonding different materials like soft and hard plastics, ceramics, composites, wood, etc., and also their combinations. It is a product featured with fast curing and takes 5 to 6 minutes in gelling of mixed adhesive and 9 to 10 minutes in fixing it. It is not capable of bonding polypropylene or polyethylene plastics. It does not require any primers and can be set easily in room temperature. It has got creamy appearance and is resistant to chemicals and water. It has got permanent strength of 3500 PSI and is suitable to be used in temperature range between -60 to 250 degree Fahrenheit.
