One of the main elements of any extrusion system is and remains the extruder itself. This is why the focus at Breyer is on quality and updated technology systems. Breyer's extruders are manufactured as single screw-type equipment, operating with optimum effectiveness. Nearly all standard thermoplastic resins can be processed.
The following dimensions are available for the Breyer extruders: screw diameter 30, 35, 45, 60, 75,90, 105, 120,150, 180, 200 and 250 mm. The output range depends from the extruder size, and it can achieve up to 2000 kg/h.
Breyer specializes in vented extruders. They are working economically, since time-consuming and energy-intensive pre-drying of the resin does not exist. The venting minimizes the ratio of residual monomers down to a minimum, and efficiently dries the raw material.
