Versatile and reliable
The non ferrous metal baler JMC 2035 fits ideally for processing aluminium and copper scrap, wires, profiles, zinc and copper cooling units. Due to its compression force of 20 tonnes (shear lid) and 44 tonnes (horizontal ram) it can be applied in various fields of application.
Thanks to its mobility it can easily be integrated into any operating procedure. It helps reducing waste volume, facilitates a well arranged storage and therefor lowers considerably transportation costs.

The non ferrous metal baler JMC 5025 BF handles bulky material using cutting edges on three sides of the loading box. Thanks to its compression force of 123 tonnes on the shear lid and 80 tonnes on the horizontal ram, this machine is perfect for processing a multitude of ferrous and non ferrous metals.

The JMC 5025 Terminator is designed to act as both a baler and heavy-duty yard shear, effectively combining two standard pieces of machinery into one robust unit. The loading box comes with cutting edges on three sides and offers a compression force of 123 tonnes (shear lid) and 80 tonnes (horizontal ram).
Secure and easy operation
The bale box is surrounded by a patented loading and sorting table, acting as an aid to loading and as a safety barrier between the operator and the lid. The machine also comes with an elevated bale ramp and a track which carries baled material away from the machine and places it at an ideal height for operator unloading. The bale box is surrounded by removable pins which prevent material slippage when using the baler as a shear, maximising the shear force applied and allowing large pieces of metal to be cut without difficulty.
