The compression load cells SCL from 35 to 55t is a compression load cell using single column technology used for weighing applications on weighbridges. It is made of compact stainless steel, and is sealed under continued immersion. It is designed to be insensitive to excentrical loads in compact. The measurement principle used is based on the deformation of beams to an applied compression force. To convert a force to an electrical signal it uses a strain gauge to form a Wheatstone bridge. Additionally, it has a test certificate issued by a notified body in accordance with OIML recommendation R60.

The basis for the measurement principle of the Precia digital compression load cell ASL is the alteration of the beams subject to compression force. The load cell utilizes strain gauges that are fixed to create a wheat-stone bridge to convert force to electrical signals. This load cell ensures insensitivity to excentrical load while staying compact. This tool has numerous benefits such as in silos, tank weighing and weighbridges. The ASL load cell is basically a compression load cell that is based on the single column innovation, ideal for weighbridges and other weighing applications. This model also features an Ex version for dusty and gassy areas based on new directive 94/09/CE. EEx d II C T6 II 2 G/D CE type.

Since 2008, VDW load cell has been providing a reliable alternative to our familiar, long-life RTN load cell. VDW load cell is designed using proven RTN technologies such as shield concept which functions without a conductive link to the load cell body. It also protects the VDW load cell from electromagnetic interference and is assisted by the integrated overvoltage protection.
The well balanced characteristics and output impedance eliminates the need of subsequent corner balancing in a multiple load cell unit.
