Motion control card - PMAC Mini PCI

The PMAC Mini PCI is a compact, 2-axis version of the PMAC(1) family (unless accessories are added to expand the number of axes). It can be used in a PCs PCI slot as a half-sized board (230 mm, 9 long) or it can be used standalone using serial communications for setup and/or application control. Programs for the PMAC Mini PCI (both motion and PLC programs) are 100% compatible with other versions of Non-Turbo PMAC. The PC can communicate to PMAC through the PCI slot or through a RS-232 or RS-422 serial port if standalone operation (i.e. without a PC) is desired.

Multi-axis motion control card - PMAC PCI

The PMAC PCI is a member of the PMAC family of boards optimized for interface to traditional servo drives that use single analog inputs representing velocity or torque commands. It is capable of eight axes of control. It can have four to eight channels of on-board axis interface circuitry.
The PMAC-PCI is a full-sized PCI-bus expansion card, with a small piggyback board containing the CPU board. While the PMAC-PCI is capable of PCI bus communications, with or without the optional dual-ported RAM, it does not need to be inserted into a PCI expansion slot. The PC can communicate to PMAC through the PCI slot or through a RS-232 or RS-422 serial port if standalone operation (i.e. without a PC) is desired.

Multi-axis motion control card / stepper / servo - 4 - 8 axes | Euro404, Euro408

The flexible axis ports can be configured in software as feedback devices or pulse direction outputs. As outputs they can be used as pulse and direction with stepper or servo drives or they can operate as a simulated encoder output.

When configured as feedback they can be either incremental encoder input or one of three popular absolute encoder types; SSI, Tamagawa or Endat. Any feedback axis can be used with a voltage output to form a closed loop servo.

The built-in Ethernet port allows programming and connection of common HMI and PLC protocols directly to the Motion Coordinator. User programs can be written in Trios established multi-tasking TrioBASIC language using the powerful Motion Perfect application development software making complex motion easy.

Also available as an option is the industry standard IEC 61131-3 languages allowing fully functional PLC programming system.

The Euro404 / 408 features a total of 16 axes in software. Any axes not assigned to built-in hardware can be used as a virtual axis. Every axis can be programmed to move using linear, circular or helical or spherical interpolation, electronic cams, linked axes and gearboxes.

Multi-axis motion control card / stepper / servo - 1 - 5 axes, 120 MHz | Euro205x

User Programs are written in Trios established Multi-Tasking BASIC and applications can be developed using the Windows based Motion Perfect environment. Complex motion profiles are available and these can be linked to a master encoder input for Slaving, Gearing and Cams.

The unit has 24 opto-isolated digital I/O (16 inputs & 8 outputs) on board. 4 Fast hardware registration inputs are available on each axis for highly accurate control of print and packaging lines. 2 x 12 bit analogue input channels are provided on the board.

The I/O count can be expanded using Trio CANbus Digital I/O and Analog Input modules. The CANbus port also supports DeviceNet and CanOpen protocols. The Euro205x has two built in RS-232 ports. In addition, a full-duplex RS-485 channel is provided and a further serial channel is available at TTL levels.

An external adapter can be used to allow the TTL level serial port to link to Trio Fibre Optic Network devices.

Multi-axis motion control card / advanced / programmable - 2 - 8 axes, 24 VDC | PCI208

For +/-10v input servo drives an optional mezzanine board provides 16 bit resolution voltage outputs and analogue inputs. A DIN rail mounting break-out board eases the wiring interconnections for low-volume applications.

Multi-axis motion control card / advanced / programmable - 2 - 8 axes, 24 VDC | PCI208

For +/-10v input servo drives an optional mezzanine board provides 16 bit resolution voltage outputs and analogue inputs. A DIN rail mounting break-out board eases the wiring interconnections for low-volume applications.

The PCI 208 is designed for motion control applications centred around a PC. Application programs written on the PC can access its facilities easily using an OCX component. It is also possible to run application programs on the PCI 208 in multi-tasking TrioBASIC language or to use both programming techniques.

Trio's Motion Perfect development software can be used to monitor the execution of programs, IO and motion. Complex motion such as cams, gears, linked axes, and interpolation is made easy with the comprehensive command set.

The PC I208 has 20 opto-isolated digital 24v inputs and 10 opto-isolated outputs. The inputs can be used as high-speed hardware registration inputs for highly accurate control of print and packaging lines.

The I/O count can be expanded using Trio CANbus digital and analogue modules. The PCI 208 has 2 built-in CAN channels for I/O and axis control.

The basic PCI 208 has 2 stepper axes. The axis count can be increased in single axis steps up to 8. A P184 or P185 DAC board is required for analog output servo operation.

Multi-axis motion control card - 1 - 32 axes | MP2100, MP2100M

MP2100,MP2100M

Simply install a board that is half the size of a standard PCI on your personal computer, and your computer can be used for servo-drive control. With 51 Application Program Interfaces (APIs) available, you can create a wide variety of motion programs and enter motion commands.

Motion commands can be entered from either your personal computer or the MP2100 depending on your machine’s characteristics. The MP2100M has the same specifications as the MP2100 except that it contains a board that has functions similar to the SVB-01 module. Because of this additional board, the MP2100M is capable of carrying out synchronous control on up to 32 axes. The programming method of the MP2100M is the same as that of the MP2100.
