The ENGRENAGES HPC offers a comprehensive range of pulleys including Heavy duty timing pulleys (HTD), made out of aluminium, steel or cast iron, with pitch from 3 to 14 mm (based on the material used) and belt widths of 9, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 55 and 85 mm (based on pitch) designed for sue with RPP and HTD type belts. The Timing pulleys (T) are manufactured out of PA6 nylon or aluminum with pitch from 2.5 to 10 mm (based on material) and belt widths of 4, 6, 10, 16 and 25 mm (based on pitch), designed for use with type T belts. the Timing pulleys (AT) are made out of aluminum or steel and feature a pitch from 5 to 10 mm (based on material) with belt widths of 10, 16, 25, 32 and 50 mm (based on pitch). DURA-BELT’S Twin idler Pulley and Drive Pulley is equipped with a double sheave for different kinds of belt cross-sections. The 83A/85A durometer belts can be used with this conforming to the pulley groove independent of the groove radius. It belt stretches tightly making sure that it won’t slip under normal loads. This plastic pulleys and sheaves are manufactured using nylon reinforced with fiberglass and ABEC-1 6203-2RS bearing (17mm bore) ball bearings. The nylon material is easy to machine on a lathe, it does not produce fiberglass dust until it is grinded. Customization like cutting down flanges, enlarging the grooves and/or add grooves (e.g. Poly-Vee grooves) can be done on a little extra cost. It is also available with sealed or low friction shielded bearings. The Idler adapters are available for 5/16", 3/8", & 1/2" (8mm, 9,5mm, 10mm &12.7mm) bolts or shafts. The Drive adapters are available for 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" & 1" (9.5mm 12.7mm, 15.9mm, 19.1mm & 25.4 mm) bolts or shafts.

The Regular-Spools float on lineshaft (line shaft) to prevent boxes from abrading functioning as clutches that slops when boxes jam or accumulate, thus stopping rollers in case hair/hand gets caught in them.
Available in two sizes of standard bore that fits 1” and 25mm shafts and large bore that fits 1-7/16” and 36mm shafts. 445 of roller speed can be increased Speed-Up Spools.
Keyed-Spools are designed for curves, inclines requiring greater drives and do ‘not slip to be used in section having no accumulation or jams.
Split-Spool have the advantage of installation without dismantling shaft, low in cost delivering high precision they install in seconds reducing downtime. C-Clips (Shaft Collars, Snap Rings) are used to keep spools on place by keeping them clamped to the shaft. It uses new nylon material for harder gripping that prevents slippage. A Connector is used to derive more drive-power by locking together two or more spools on 3” (76mm) center.

Two-piece split spools for line shaft conveyors are an excellent alternative to one line-shaft spool pulleys. They allow replacement of spools without disassembling the conveyor, reducing labor and conveyor downtime. Rep spools are standard size and green spools are speed-up size. Both fit in TGW Ermanco’s spool connectors.
Precise fitting of two parts leaves no bumps that abrade line-shaft belts. High concentricity allows perfect rotation that in turn reduces rolling resistance, saves energy and increases drive belt life.
Alignment notches on split spool permits quick installation even in dark. The tight snap-fit joining without screws for tightening keeps the two parts tightly closed without falling off shaft.
