The Triple-row Cylindrical Roller Slewing Ring, developed by THB Bearings, is the 2nd biggest and heaviest slewing ring traded to Europe. It comes with Lithium grease, assembly, and packing lubrication with external gear. The unit is supplied with strong forged rings for advantageous and stable mechanical property, hardened depth on the raceway, 6000 mm maximum outer diameter, and 13 metric tons maximum weight.
In addition, the cages for 1st and 2nd row of rollers are made of aluminum alloy construction, and the cages for 3rd row of rollers are made of nylon development. This product can also be used on a ship as the bottom of cable crate.

Exported from China, the largest and the most versatile and unique slewing ring ensures best and stable mechanical property under extreme circumstances. The 3 rings are forged and each ring is unitary to guarantee the hardened depth on the raceway, a test was made before the induction hardening. The ring has an outer diameter of about 6000 mm and the weight is over 13 metric tons. The structure is triple row cylindrical roller type with external gear. The slewing rings are exported to Europe for broad application on ships as the bottom of cable basket. The final assembly involves the slewing ring lubrication by Lithium grease. The cages of first and second row of rollers are made of aluminium alloy or option is the Nylon cages. Finally the cages of the third row of rollers which is called “ the spacer" are made from nylon.

The external-toothed cylindrical slewing rings are designed for heavy-duty applications such as in cable baskets of ships. Made of sturdy materials and design, it affords stable and outstanding mechanical properties. The 3-row roller design features 3 whole forged rings and induction-hardened raceway. Prior to the induction hardening, the existing hardened depth is evaluated to optimize the process, and prior to the final packing, the whole setup is lubricated using lithium grease. The first two rows are generally made of aluminum alloy and the third one, called “spacer,” is made of nylon. However, nylon variants of first two rows are also available.the slewing ring is lubricated by Lithium grease before packing.
