Ball bearing / self-aligning / maintenance-free - ø 2 - 30 mm | igubal® series
The igubal spherical bearings offer simple handling for a manifold application. They can be used wherever the self-aligning bearings offer constructive advantages or assist in simplifying the installation. The igubal spherical bearings are maintenance-free and have a tolerance in the inner diameter according to E10. A tolerance between h6 and h9 is expected in the shaft and, during heating, the bearing clearance compensates for bearing expansions.
The igubal spherical bearings are axially-locked and are press-fitted in an H7 bore. The spherical bearing automatically compensates for error so that a precise alignment of the bearing housing is not needed.
The igubal spherical bearings have been manufactured to comply with DIN ISO 12240 standards in the dimensional series E and K.
Dimensions ranging from 5 to 30 mm are included in the delivery program. However, different dimensions can be requested.
